Team Manager Realization Production department - Specialists team

Provide direction for craftsmanship, connect different disciplines, and help build the specialist team of the future.

As Team Manager Specialists, you will lead professionals with various specialized knowledge and expertise. The team consists of construction experts, administrative staff, equipment management staff, and technical specialists. Your challenge is to create connection within the team and with the rest of Realization and to stimulate collaboration.

You ensure an environment where employees can optimally utilize their craftsmanship, develop themselves, and collectively contribute to what the operation needs.

Job description

You combine attention to people and craftsmanship with a clear focus on collaboration and results. You will do the following:

create an open culture where colleagues collaborate, want and dare to talk to each other, and learn from each other;

connect the different disciplines and build one team;

coach employees and stimulate ownership and development;

provide direction, set priorities, and manage results;

ensure a good alignment between the team's expertise and the needs of the various departments within the location;

contribute with the management team to the development of the Realization department.

A special assignment

In addition to daily management, you will have an additional assignment. Within Enexis, various developments are underway concerning similar specialist teams at other locations. In collaboration with the team and management, you will determine which structure and positioning is most future-proof for the team at the Zwolle location and you will be responsible for its implementation.

You will present possible variants, help determine a supported direction, and further develop it. You will also, together with internal colleagues, draw up the profile for the future team manager and be part of the recruitment and selection process.

You will therefore not only lead the team of today but also help shape the team of tomorrow.
