We're looking for an experienced Tech Bar Support Officer to join an established national IT team, supporting over 3,000 users across the business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise technologies, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and become a key part of a highly visible IT support function.

- Level 1 and Level 2 desktop support experience
- Strong Windows and Mac troubleshooting skills
- Microsoft Intune experience, essential
- JAMF and AV experience, highly regarded
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- 12-month contract with strong extension potential
- Large enterprise environment with 3,000+ users
- Established, collaborative national IT team
- Sydney CBD
- Immediate start preferred
