Seeking a technical expert to accelerate the transformation of AI prototypes into robust, industrializable solutions. This role involves complex technical development, generative AI engineering, and cross-functional technical guidance.
Project overview
Following the AI hackathon of September 2026: Technical service to accelerate the transformation of prototypes into demonstrable, robust, and industrializable solutions, alongside Product Owners and intervening transversally within the Shared Services system.

Profile sought
Work environment
- Functional and demonstrable prototypes meeting the use cases supported by the Product Owners.
- Documented, tested, and integrated AI agents and agentic workflows into the relevant applications.
- Fullstack components, APIs, BFFs, or middlewares delivered with their technical documentation and tests.
- Build, control, and deployment chains adapted to the product's maturity level.
- Lightweight design documents: architecture, flows, dependencies, security, operation, and industrialization roadmap.
- Library of reusable components, skills, prompts, patterns, and best practices.
- Effective skills transfer to internal teams and increased autonomy for Lead Developers.
- Complex technical development: Taking charge of prototyping (POC) and developing the most sensitive technical, integration, or AI topics.
- Generative AI Engineering: Design, implementation, and optimization of autonomous agent workflows using standardized exchange protocols (MCP), skills, prompt engineering, and interceptors (execution hooks).
- Production of readable, tested, documented, and maintainable code, seeking the right balance between prototyping speed and industrialization capability.
- Technical support for Product Owners in the framing, design, and realization of their AI products and prototypes.
- Intervention as a transversal technical referent on fullstack, integration, DevSecOps, and generative AI topics.
- Direct development of the most complex or sensitive components, AI agents, and prototypes.
- Close collaboration with Lead Developers, platform, security, architecture, and operations teams.
