Context

As part of strengthening its technical teams, a client is looking for an Angular Tech Lead to support the development and evolution of its web applications, as well as the finalization of its continuous integration and deployment projects.

You will join a development team working in a demanding technical environment, with significant challenges in software quality, performance, and deployment automation.

You will work in close collaboration with developers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders, within an Agile framework that promotes knowledge sharing, autonomy, and continuous improvement.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and scalable web applications using Angular.
• Act as the technical referent for Front-End and Back-End developers.
• Participate in architectural choices, feasibility studies, and complex developments.
• Organize and coordinate development activities (planning, priorities, estimations).
• Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit tests, and best development practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to finalize and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, XLRelease, and Azure DevOps.
• Implement and configure quality control tools, particularly SonarQube and Quality Gates.
• Participate in the integration and evolution of .NET/C# APIs.
• Support developers in their skill development.
• Collaborate with business and MOA teams to ensure solutions meet functional needs.
• Write technical documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
