What the role involves

As part of an information system modernization program, you will contribute to the refactoring of backend services associated with professional mobile applications used in a distribution network. As a Tech Lead Backend Java, you will be a technical referent, an experienced developer, and a mentor for an existing team.

You will analyze the existing system, participate in scoping, and define the architecture of new services based in particular on Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and relational databases. You will take part in the creation of services and batch processes, the migration of application exchanges, and the gradual retirement of historical components.

On a daily basis, you will initiate projects and their development practices, create reference components, mentor developers, and contribute to code reviews. You will also participate in the testing strategy, documentation, deliveries, and anomaly analysis, ensuring performance, robustness, and maintainability.
