Tech Lead CRM

Project overview

We are looking for a Tech Lead CRM to join one of our clients, BNP Real Estate, a major player in the real estate sector, based in Boulogne-Billancourt, for a long-term assignment.

You will be involved in an international context on CRM topics with high technical stakes. As a Tech Lead, you will be involved in technical and architectural choices, as well as migration issues.

Profile sought:

We are looking for a senior Tech Lead profile with at least 10 years of experience, capable of handling complex technical issues and playing a driving role in the project's technical directions.

You have strong expertise in .NET / C# and significant experience in CRM environments. You are capable of intervening in both technical choices and migration issues, while supporting development teams.

Experience in the real estate or construction sector is essential for this assignment.

The assignment is in an international context: a good level of English is therefore required.

• Act as CRM Tech Lead and bring your technical expertise to the teams.
• Participate in technical choices and the definition of solutions to be implemented.
• Design and develop solutions in a .NET / C# environment.
• Address various technical issues related to CRM.
• Participate in migration work.
• Ensure the quality, robustness, and maintainability of developments.
• Support teams in implementing technical directions.
• Collaborate with various business and technical teams in an international environment.
• Participate in technical discussions and be proactive in proposing selected solutions.
• Very good command of .NET.
• Confirmed expertise in C# development.
• Solid experience in CRM environments.
• Ability to work on migration topics.
• Experience in making technical choices and defining solutions.
• Ability to take a step back on the architecture and technical issues of a project.
• Professional English essential, given the international context.
• Experience in the real estate and/or construction sector is mandatory.
