Tech Lead D365 F&O Technical Coordination and Integration - Paris

Project overview

Context

KERNET is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Tech Lead to support an international group in deploying its ERP to its subsidiaries. The program replaces historical applications and converges practices in finance, purchasing, logistics, and distribution.

As development begins, you will ensure technical consistency between D365, existing ERPs, ETLs, CRM, and business applications. You will unite the integrator and internal teams around reliable deliveries. Start as soon as possible for a long-term assignment.

Main mission

• Review the integrator's detailed functional specifications (FDD): feasibility, alignment with the target architecture, and adherence to D365 F&O principles.
• Clarify requirements, resolve ambiguities, and ensure that documentation allows development to begin; inform business trade-offs.
• Orchestrate D365 developments and those of related applications; organize contributions from internal teams and service providers.
• Monitor interdependencies, obtain delivery commitments, and handle alerts that could affect the schedule or quality.
• Control interface design and exchange reliability: APIs, ETLs, SFTP transfers, and data flows.
• Ensure environment availability, release preparation, and deliverable compliance before integration.
• Verify the execution of unit tests and, with the relevant teams, organize the technical preparation of integration and end-to-end tests.
• Contribute to the reliability of CI/CD pipelines, environment promotions, and production deployment operations.
