Mission: As the tech lead of a "DATA Squad", you will be the primary point of contact for the product team. You will carry the overall technical vision, ensure design choices align with the company's global architectures, and guarantee the operational excellence of deliverables.

You will also lead the squad's development team.

6 to 10 years of experience with combined Data Engineer and Tech Lead skills

Proficiency in English is essential for the mission

• Technical vision, consistency & product alignment
• Decision making & arbitration
• Agile Facilitation & Rituals: Actively participate and co-lead squad rituals (Daily, Refinement/Poker planning, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Demos) to ensure daily technical alignment and smooth delivery.
• Mentoring: Support the skill development of developers, promote best engineering practices. Represent the squad within other cross-functional teams.
• Quality & Continuous Improvement: Drive the continuous improvement of development standards.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure that technological choices and designs comply with cybersecurity, governance, and data privacy requirements (Security & Privacy by Design).
• Data Design & Architecture: knowledge of modern architectures (APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, data patterns)
• Development & Code Quality: Skills in modern backend development, typically Python or equivalent advanced SQL, mastery of Clean Code, TDD, and automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end).
• DevOps, CI/CD & Cloud: Good command of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Cloud environments.
• Data & Analytics Culture: Good understanding of the challenges of modeling, integrating, and exposing data flows within an enterprise platform.
