Context

You will join the NoSQL database technical implementation team. This team deploys and supports Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, and Neo4j offerings, on-premise and in the cloud.

Its scope covers:

You will administer Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, and Neo4j databases in a banking production environment.

Work Environment

• validation and implementation of technical solutions
• audits
• Level 3 support and 24/7 on-call duty
• qualification of new product versions
• liaison with publishers
• writing documentation for users of the offerings
• Ensure Level 3 operational production support
• Conduct technical audits
• Industrialize and document operational procedures
• Validate new product versions
• Automate and provide services via a Marketplace: database creation, setting up resilience, backups, and operational procedures, and user services such as volume extension or cloning
• Write technical responses and technical architecture documents
• Manage relations with publishers, if necessary
• Significant experience in production support for NoSQL environments
• Ability to work transversally
• Excellent writing and reporting skills, essential for the position
• Taste for capitalization and knowledge sharing
• A plus: cloud experience in a containerized environment
• 8 to 10 years minimum experience
• Professional English mandatory
• Mastery of Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis, and Neo4j databases
• Experience with cloud in container mode indispensable
• Writing and reporting skills imperative
• Ability to capitalize and share knowledge
