Context

The client develops and operates about fifteen in-house application products (C# .NET / Vue.js, hosted on Microsoft Azure). These products serve business teams and support functions.

In parallel, the client produces numerous POCs/POVs built rapidly using generative AI ("vibe coding"). They rely on cloud AI services: LLM, RAG, agents. The firm now wants to structure its capacity to transform these prototypes into reliable, secure, and production-operable products.

Mission Objective

Industrialize and make reliable the production deployment of AI products and POCs/POVs, ensuring technical leadership for this initiative.

Selection Criterion

The candidate must present at least one concrete achievement on an AI topic: an agent, a production LLM application, a code repository, or a demonstration.

• Take over AI POCs/POVs and transform them into production applications: architecture, code quality, security, performance, observability.
• Define AI industrialization standards and best practices (LLM/RAG/agent patterns, CI/CD, testing, model and cost governance).
• Mentor and upskill development teams.
• Ensure consistency with the existing ecosystem (.NET, Azure) and long-term operability.
• Backend: C# .NET, NestJS (Node.js/TypeScript), Python
• Frontend: React (and Vue.js, used in the existing park)
• Cloud & AI: Microsoft Azure, Azure OpenAI / Azure AI Foundry or equivalent, LLM architectures, RAG and agents
• Practices: AI-assisted development, production deployment and reliability of applications
• Concrete and demonstrable experience with AI-assisted development.
• Real experience in deploying LLM-based applications to production.
• True technical leadership (Tech Lead / Principal Engineer posture).
