Mission Context

We are looking for a Private Cloud Tech Lead (Systems and Infrastructure) to join the IT Department, within the Technology Directorate.

We are looking for a Tech Lead capable of having a transverse mastery of technical stacks or quickly acquiring expertise, being able to challenge suppliers while maintaining constant technological monitoring.

SAFe organization at scale.

Occasional out-of-hours interventions.

Profile Sought

With a Master's degree in engineering or equivalent, you have real expertise in systems and infrastructures.

You have at least 7 years of experience in the field of infrastructures.

You have fluent English, both spoken and written.

• Virtualization: provision of VMware, vSphere, Vates virtual machines.
• Storage: NAS.
• Backup: backup of a set of production platforms (VM, NAS, baremetal, DB, etc.).
• Systems: patch updates for Windows and Linux systems via WSUS and Satellite and management of golden images for the teams.
• Contributing to the technical roadmap of the platforms while ensuring service quality in compliance with security standards.
• Being a driving force for the scalability of the architecture, tools, and operating processes.
• Ensuring knowledge sharing, technological monitoring, and innovation (nearly 50% of the time).
• Interacting with service providers (Microsoft, Broadcom, etc.): SLA compliance, communication with support, monitoring of DAT, DEX, and procedure productions, continuous improvement of services, dashboards, and reporting.
• Participating in infrastructure projects in a collaborative spirit, respecting the SAFe methodology, following the different project phases, and considering the performance/cost ratio.
• Identifying technical debt and proposing remediation strategies.
• Proposing short-term and long-term evolution plans.
• Participating in all stages of the development of solutions offered by the team (POC, acceptance, documentation, etc.).
• Participating in DR/BCP tests.
• Your pragmatism allows you to find solutions that meet user expectations without compromising security requirements.
• You know how to use proprietary technologies as well as open-source solutions.
