Within a team dedicated to these challenges, you will be responsible for the evolution of existing applications and the development of new features, from technical design to their production.

- Analyze, take over, and evolve existing applications in Java and Angular.
- Participate in the technical design and architectural choices of solutions.
- Supervise and support developers in their technical work.
- Organize development, define priorities, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
- Conduct technical investigations and propose areas for improvement.
- Guarantee code quality, performance, and application security.
- Participate in technical tests and solution optimization.
- Manage deliveries, deployments, and operational maintenance of applications.
- More than 9 years of experience in IT development, with proven experience as a Tech Lead.
- Excellent command of Java and Angular.
- Solid experience in the design and architecture of complex application solutions.
- Mastery of containerized environments: Docker and Kubernetes or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies, continuous integration, and testing practices.
- Mastery of performance, application security, and responsive web development challenges.
- Higher education in IT (Master's degree or equivalent).
