We are looking for a senior consultant to work in an international environment and technically lead Workplace N2/N3 support.
🎯 Your missions:
🛠 Skills required:
- Take charge of complex Workplace incidents.
- Act as the technical referent for support teams.
- Support the skill development of N2 (Shift Left).
- Coordinate system, network, and outsourcing teams.
- Improve support processes and SLA compliance.
- Lead Problem Management and recurring incidents.
- Provide proximity support to VIP users.
- Expertise in Workplace N2/N3 Support.
- Windows environment and systems administration.
- PowerShell and messaging.
- Good understanding of networks.
- Incident management and ITIL processes.
- Fluent English essential.
