Technical Application Administrator Identity Management

Project overview

You will migrate various Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) based Identity Management (IdM) systems to an environment running on new infrastructure. The IdM systems are responsible for the IDU processes, the lifecycle of employee accounts, and the distribution of data to downstream systems.

Together with your colleagues, you will migrate the IdM systems and their associated links for 4 departments, through which identities are supplied to target systems. You will provide solutions for securely and correctly transferring personal data and their changes to the correct applications in the chains. This ensures good support for the onboarding, transfer, and offboarding processes. The various techniques involved in the links make your work extra challenging. You will liaise with users, the (functional) administrators of other systems, and the administrators of technical components in the chain.

• This position is not suitable for freelancers
• Candidate has at least 5 years of work experience as a (technical) application administrator
• The candidate has at least 3 years of demonstrable work experience as an application administrator with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) or one of its predecessors FIM/ILM. This experience must be evident from concrete activities in managing, configuring, maintaining, and/or resolving incidents within these systems.
• Experience with migrating complex applications within an application chain to new infrastructure environments
• Experience with using Powershell
• Experience with reading and writing SQL queries
• You have broad general ICT knowledge, enabling you to liaise with colleagues from network, database, and server administration
• You have experience with data exchanges via at least one of the following methods:
• SOAP
• XML
• LDAP
• APIs
• Candidate understands the assignment and fits within the organization
• Flexible attitude
• Customer and results-oriented
• Environmentally aware
• You see the challenge in solving both technical and process-related problems.
• You can translate customer requests into functional descriptions and can translate these into technical solutions.
