Business Information Application Manager

The resource will join the Application Development and Integration area and will assume technical and application responsibility for solutions supporting the Business Information domain.

In the role of referent, they will be responsible for ensuring the evolution, reliability, and correct integration of applications and information flows, ensuring that the information necessary for business processes is available, consistent, and of quality.

The position involves constant collaboration with development teams, Application Managers, and business stakeholders, with the goal of translating operational and project needs into effective, sustainable application solutions consistent with the company architecture.

We are looking for someone with solid experience (7+ years) in managing and evolving IT applications and systems, capable of acting as a link between business needs, application development, and technological architecture.

Preferential elements include previous experience in responsible roles at a top player in the Business Information market, knowledge of insurance, financial, or complex information contexts, and experience in managing applications characterized by a high presence of integrations and data flows. What Characterizes the Role

The selected person will have the opportunity to combine technical skills, project management capabilities, and business relations, contributing directly to the improvement and transformation of the company's application assets.

Mode: almost total full remote with some presence in Milan.

• overseeing the Business Information application perimeter, supporting the evolutionary roadmap and intervention methods;
• gathering and analyzing stakeholder needs, translating them into clear and achievable functional and technical requirements;
• evaluating the impacts of requests on existing systems, integrations, and information flows;
• coordinating analysis, development, testing, and release activities, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and project objectives;
• coordinating internal developers and, when necessary, external partners and suppliers;
• ensuring the correct integration between applications, systems, and information sources;
• overseeing the entire solution lifecycle, from initial analysis to production deployment and subsequent evolution;
• supporting the management of anomalies and application issues, identifying structural solutions and improvement actions;
• collaborating with other IT functions to ensure architectural consistency, security, maintainability, and operational continuity of the solutions;
• contributing to the definition of standards, documentation, and best practices for the application domain.

• monitoring performance, availability, and quality of integration flows, promoting solutions oriented towards scalability and resilience;
• experience in Business Information, Credit Information, Risk Management, or Data Services solutions.
