Project overview

Context:

Within the architecture department of a large banking organization, you will intervene transversally on projects to ensure coherent, secure, and operational architectures, from design to production.

Prerequisites:

Have worked in the banking / insurance / finance sector

Responsibilities

Skills:

• Review technical architecture files for projects and present them in architecture committee meetings
• Design and validate technical architectures: components, flows and exchanges, hosting (on-premise, public cloud, private or sovereign cloud)
• Define and control security requirements: identity and access management, encryption, network segmentation, service exposure
• Ensure the operational feasibility of solutions: monitoring, backup, disaster recovery/business continuity, performance, capacity, run prerequisites
• Contribute to architecture standards, patterns, and repositories
• Support project, operations, and security teams in their technical choices
• Technical and infrastructure architecture (systems, network, storage, virtualization)
• Public and private cloud (Azure, AWS or GCP, sovereign cloud), containers and Kubernetes
• Flow and integration architectures: API, middleware, messaging, ETL, file transfers
• Security: IAM, PKI, encryption, segmentation, hardening
• Operational feasibility and production: monitoring, high availability, disaster recovery/business continuity
• Writing architecture documents and facilitating committee meetings
