• Collaborate with finance stakeholders, solution architects, and delivery teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements across SAP Finance processes.
• Facilitate workshops and solution discussions covering financial configuration, transaction processing, period-end close activities, reconciliations, financial reporting, master data management, and ledger accounting within SAP S/4HANA.
• Produce and maintain high-quality project documentation, including requirements, process maps, design decisions, workshop outputs, and delivery artefacts using Confluence and related collaboration tools.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and support technical teams throughout design, build, and implementation phases.
• Assist with finance-focused testing activities, including test planning, execution support, defect analysis, and issue resolution.
• Contribute to data migration initiatives by validating business rules, reconciliation requirements, and data quality outcomes.
• Support cutover activities, deployment planning, and business readiness to ensure a smooth transition to new finance processes and systems.
• Work closely with project and operational teams to identify process improvements and ensure finance solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within large-scale SAP Finance transformation or implementation programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Finance, including General Ledger, Financial Accounting (FI), reconciliations, financial reporting, and period-end processing.
• Experience facilitating workshops, eliciting requirements, and engaging with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies, defect management, data migration, and deployment activities.
• Strong documentation skills with experience using Confluence, Jira, and related delivery tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate in complex project environments.
