Technical Expert Microsoft Azure - Bagneux

Project overview

Context of the mission

As part of strengthening our Microsoft support and expertise teams, we are looking for an Azure Technical Expert capable of analyzing complex incidents, providing technical support to teams, and interacting with Microsoft teams during escalations.

The consultant will act as a technical referent for client environments and will contribute to the continuous improvement of operational practices.

Main missions

Technical expertise and support

Handle complex and critical technical cases.

Perform in-depth investigations and detailed reproduction of incidents.

Produce technical analysis reports associated with client files.

Liaise with operations teams (OPS).

Manage escalations to Microsoft CSS (Customer Support Services) when necessary.

Analyze incident trends and recurrences to identify areas for improvement.

Technical governance

Monitor the quality of service and the functioning of production environments.

Critically review production operations and propose necessary improvements.

Ensure the quality and relevance of the knowledge base.

Write and maintain technical procedures, documentation, and operational guides.

Manage and maintain environments dedicated to incident reproduction.

Team management and support

Provide technical management for support and operations teams.

Participate in activity monitoring and employee support.

Organize and conduct skills transfer.

Actively contribute to team upskilling.

Act as a mentor and technical referent for support engineers.

Solid skills in diagnosing and resolving complex incidents.

Good understanding of Microsoft Cloud architectures.

Knowledge of operational best practices and level 3 support.

Comfortable interacting with Microsoft teams and technical stakeholders.

Pedagogical skills and ability to transfer knowledge.

Languages

Fluent French.

Professional English required (oral and written).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 technologies.

Significant experience in expert support, technical architecture, or Technical Lead roles.

Profile close to a Technical Architect with a strong operational focus.

Ability to work in demanding production environments.
