• Point of contact for best practices in solution implementation;
• Technical expert on integration, obsolescence management, performance, etc. topics;
• Project management.
• Development skills – JavaScript/AngularJS.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and API managers (Gravitee).
• General understanding of web architectures.
• Kafka, Confluent platform.
• GitLab, CI/CD principles.
• Previous experience with an MVC or object-oriented framework.
• Experience in system administration / level 2-3 support (N2-N3).
• Experience with a "low-code/no-code" tool.
• Experience in AI and "prompt engineering".
• DevOps expertise (version management, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incidents, problems, changes, CMDB), even theoretical.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow as an end-user or IT support specialist.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Strong self-learning ability.
• Ability to work within a multicultural team.
