Mission: Functional Project Manager Salesforce – AMOA / SI Integration

As part of a specific project with our client, aiming to modernize and centralize the management of grants, services, and subsidies on Salesforce, we are looking for an experienced consultant to support the business teams and the IT department in the functional and technical management of the service management module integration.

Responsibilities

Environment:

Salesforce, API, MuleSoft, Talend, Agile Scrum.

Profile sought:

Senior functional project manager / AMOA, with solid experience in managing Salesforce projects, coordinating between business and technical teams, and integrating information systems.

Objective:

Secure the module integration, ensure its compliance with business needs, and strengthen the IT department's autonomy in managing the solution.

• Gather and analyze business needs, lead functional workshops, and formalize specifications (User Stories, backlog).
• Manage the monitoring of Salesforce developments and configuration in coordination with the integrator.
• Supervise technical integration and interfaces (API, MuleSoft, Talend).
• Organize and coordinate functional and technical acceptance testing phases.
• Support the progressive deployment, go-live, and stabilization of the solution.
• Ensure project reporting, risk monitoring, and user support.
