Redesign of the Client Welcome Portal (PHP / Symfony / Angular / Kubernetes)

Context

For a major player in the energy sector, we are looking for a freelance IT Project Manager to lead the redesign of its client welcome portal.

The project consists of consolidating three existing customer relationship applications into a single portal. The objective is to jointly address their technical obsolescence (Red Hat, PHP, Symfony, Angular) and prepare for new hosting under Kubernetes. No new features are planned. The challenge is to preserve user experience and service continuity, as part of a broader transformation program for the Client IT system (CRM, customer repository, marketing platform).

The applications are interfaced with several internal IT systems (CRM, customer repository, public website, address management tools, etc.). Development is carried out by an on-site team.

Your missions

• Lead the project from end to end: scope, schedule, workload, risks, dependencies, quality, and reporting
• Frame the project: impact study of the Kubernetes migration, mapping of applications and interfaces, review of user journeys with business departments
• Lead general and detailed design: functional and technical specifications, work breakdown, backlog, testing strategy
• Coordinate build and integration: PHP / Symfony / Angular development team, CI/CD, flows with partner IT systems
• Lead testing, non-regression, business acceptance, Go/No-Go, deployment, and stabilization
• Assist the scope manager in the operational maintenance (MCO) of the applications: incident tracking, action plans, arbitration
• Lead project meetings and maintain up-to-date project documentation until handover at the end of the assignment
