Technical IT/Workplace Architect (Interim)

Project overview

The assignment involves designing a modern, hybrid workplace environment within a government organization.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Designing and integrating a hybrid Microsoft 365 workplace (Intune, Entra ID) within a complex government infrastructure
• Drafting the Project Start Architecture (PSA) and High-Level Designs (HLD)
• Managing and guiding migration and management teams to successfully realize the design
• Translating NORA guidelines and architectural principles into practical technical designs and action plans
• Ensuring compliance with BIO, Woo, and AVG within the hybrid cloud infrastructure
• Resolving complex integration issues between the cloud workplace and on-premises legacy environments
• Designed and supervised at least 2 workplace concepts to implementation in the past 5 years, at organizations with at least 1,000 workplaces
• Three years or more of experience as an architect of workplace environments built on Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Autopilot, Windows 11, and Intune
• Valid TOGAF or ArchiMate certificate at the start of the assignment
• Experience with translating BIO measures into workplace concepts, for example conditional access, hardening, or Zero Trust
• At least 1 year of experience as an architect at a (semi) government organization applying NORA or EAR
• Mastery of the Dutch language at least C1 level
• Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Technical Informatics
