Position

Currently, for our client in the financial industry, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Technical Lead (M/F).

Additional Information

Hybrid work - 2 days a week from the office in Lodz.

Offered Remuneration

Remuneration: from 1400 to 1600 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competencies.

You will be a good fit for this role if you:

• Have several years of professional experience in the banking sector, with a particular focus on electronic banking and digital products.
• Have participated in the implementation and development of internet and mobile banking applications and services.
• Have experience in IT project execution for the banking sector and good knowledge of banking products and processes.
• Can combine business and technological perspectives, effectively translating business needs into requirements for IT teams.
• Have experience in coordinating project work and collaborating with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
• Can easily analyze and model complex business processes.
• Can create analytical documentation, process maps, and business requirements specifications.
• Are comfortable in the role of a technical lead, supporting project teams in decision-making and achieving business goals.
• Are a communicative, proactive, and collaborative person.
• Have higher education.

• Co-creation and execution of projects related to the implementation of new electronic banking applications in web and mobile channels.
• Development and elaboration of business concepts for new functionalities and digital services.
• Conducting consultations with representatives of the Bank's business units and active cooperation in defining solutions.

• Creation of process maps, business models, and materials supporting solution design, including user interface mockups.
• Cooperation with IT teams, architects, developers, and testers regarding the implementation of complex business and technological requirements.

• Support for the design, implementation, and optimization of new solutions for the Bank's clients.
• Preparation and execution of business tests, as well as verification of the compliance of delivered solutions with business assumptions.
