Responsibilities

• Lead instrument development activities supporting the LabX software platform.
• Act as Project Leader for a complex software product environment.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple Scrum teams.
• Take ownership of architecture decisions within the assigned area.
• Function as system architect for the LabX integration landscape.
• Coordinate technical direction across teams and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful product releases.
• Support and evolve existing terminal software connected to LabX.
• Drive cross-team collaboration between Zurich, Portugal, India and LabX teams.
• Facilitate communication and information flow across distributed teams.
• Align technical priorities and keep projects moving efficiently.
• Support decision-making processes involving the right stakeholders.
• Contribute to product evolution rather than greenfield development.
