London - Hybrid/2-3 days Per week in Office

Key Skills: Test Assurance/Gamma/Contact Centre/Nutanix/Infrastructure/Telephony/Cisco/Webex

• Proven experience in test assurance, test governance or test management within large-scale Contact Centre, telephony or infrastructure migration programmes.
• Strong understanding of enterprise communication platforms, including telephony, WFM, call/screen recording and web chat.
• Hands-on experience with Gamma, Cisco Webex Calling/Contact Centre and Microsoft Teams Calling.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure migration, cutover, rollback and disaster recovery testing.
• Hands-on experience with Nutanix NC2, AOS, AHV, Prism Central, and Prism Element.
• Proven experience in virtualisation, hybrid cloud infrastructure, and virtual machine life cycle management.
• Knowledge of infrastructure networking, including VPCs, VLANs, subnets, routing, and micro-segmentation.
