For the MinArm's sovereign cloud construction project. You will join this major program of over 160 people.

Within this program, you will join the System Team.

Mission Description

The Test Leader is the operational link between the quality governance provided by the Program Test Manager and the teams responsible for testing. They coordinate the testing activities within their scope, ensure the application of methods and standards defined at the program level, and support teams in their skill development. They monitor indicators, identify risks, and alert in case of deviations. As the operational guarantor of quality, they also contribute to the adoption of best practices for tools and common repositories.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management: Supervision of the pole's testers, skills development, task allocation

Campaign Management: Planning, launching, and monitoring test campaigns (TuleapTTM)

Test Contact for Squads: Main point of contact for RTs, POs, and DEVs for all testing questions in the domain

Upward Reporting: Reporting metrics (coverage, defects, test velocity) to the Program Test Manager

Policy Application: Implementation of standards and guidelines defined by the Test Manager

PI Planning: Estimates the test capacity of the pole, identifies dependencies and quality risks for the PI

Positioning in SAFe ceremonies

Profile

• PI Planning: Estimates the test capacity of the pole, identifies PI quality risks
• Sprint Planning: Allocates testers to squads, frames priority test cases
• System Demo: Validates the quality of the demo for the components of their pole
• Inspect & Adapt: Contributes to the PI's quality review and improvement plans
• Sprint Review: Presents sprint test results (success rate, defects, coverage)
• Cloud Pole: DevOps / infra test engineer, CI/CD experience
• Mission in Bruz, position requires a valid CPR
