We are looking for an experienced Test Manager / QA Manager to work with one of our clients in the Retail sector, as part of defining, structuring, and deploying a cross-functional test strategy within a multi-product SAP environment.

You will be involved in a complex application context, involving several products and teams, with the objective of harmonizing test practices, improving the quality of deliverables, and ensuring optimal test coverage.

You will play a key role in implementing a global quality approach, by supporting teams in adopting best practices, structuring test repositories, and defining an automation strategy adapted to business and technical challenges.

We are looking for a senior Test Manager / QA Manager with solid experience in managing test strategies and improving software quality in complex application environments.

You have previously participated in defining and implementing test strategies at the scale of multiple products, ideally in an SAP environment.

Beyond your technical and methodological skills, you are able to take a high-level view of quality issues, structure existing practices, and unite teams around a common approach.

You have a real ability to evangelize teams on QA best practices, support change, and establish a sustainable quality culture.

You master the challenges related to test coverage, repository management, and automation, and know how to define concrete action plans to improve the efficiency of validation processes.

Autonomous, rigorous, and with excellent interpersonal skills, you are able to interact with various stakeholders, coordinate multiple teams, and manage cross-functional projects.

Your professional English allows you to collaborate effectively with international teams.

Experience in the Retail sector, as well as good knowledge of SAP environments and test automation tools, will be particularly appreciated.

• Define and implement a global and cross-functional test strategy in a multi-product SAP environment.
• Structure, organize, and manage test activities across the entire application scope.
• Define QA methodologies, processes, and best practices to harmonize practices between different teams.
• Support and raise awareness among technical and business teams on software quality issues.
• Lead teams and foster the adoption of a common quality culture.
• Implement, structure, and maintain a centralized test repository.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and their coverage by various test scenarios.
• Define and monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs), including coverage rates, defects, and test campaign results.
• Ensure a global and consolidated view of test coverage across all products and applications.
• Identify quality risks and propose appropriate improvement plans.
• Define and implement a test automation strategy to optimize validation campaigns.
• Identify relevant scenarios for automation and support teams in their implementation.
• Coordinate various stakeholders: project teams, developers, testers, application and business managers.
• Manage test campaigns and ensure defect tracking until resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of application validation and delivery processes.
• Provide regular reporting on the progress of test activities, functional coverage, and associated risks.
• Proven expertise in Test Management, Quality Assurance (QA), and test strategy.
• Solid experience in defining and deploying cross-functional test strategies.
• Significant experience in SAP environments and complex application ecosystems.
• Good understanding of testing challenges in a multi-product and multi-team context.
• Mastery of functional, integration, non-regression, and end-to-end testing methodologies.
• Experience in structuring and managing test repositories.
• Ability to define and monitor quality and test coverage indicators.
• Solid knowledge of test automation approaches and methodologies.
• Ability to define an automation strategy and support its deployment.
• Experience in coordinating and leading test teams.
• Excellent communication, change management, and quality best practice dissemination skills.
• Ability to work with technical, functional, and business teams.
• Professional English mandatory, enabling communication in an international context.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Xray, HP ALM, SAP Cloud ALM, or Tricentis Tosca is an asset.
• An ISTQB certification, particularly ISTQB Test Manager, would be appreciated.
• Experience in the Retail / Distribution sector is an advantage.
