London - 3 days a week moving to more remote as the role progresses

6-month initial contract with scope to extend

I am currently looking for a hands-on test manager to provide leadership and drive the improvement of an immature testing function, developing teams and driving quality across a business-critical programme.

• Define and own the overall test strategy and approach
• Lead test planning, coordination, execution, and reporting activities
• Manage test risks, issues, defects, and release readiness processes
• Provide clear stakeholder communication and governance reporting
• Coordinate test environments, resources, and testing activities
• Produce meaningful test metrics and quality reporting
• Ensure testing aligns with project objectives and business outcomes
• Drive quality assurance best practices across the organisation
