Test Manager/Test Coordinator (Interim)

Project overview

Test Manager/Test Coordinator sought for the PULSE project, the implementation of a new Customer Service Platform (Salesforce and Genesys) at the KCC.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Developing the (master) test plan and test strategy for PULSE
• Determining test requirements together with the development team
• Compiling and maintaining test cases, test scripts, and test data, with attention to GDPR for personal data
• Coordinating and guiding system, integration, data, and chain tests (end-to-end, including interface, DMS, Exchange, and Salesforce/Genesys)
• Guiding the user acceptance test, including preparing tests and supporting key users and end-users
• Managing and coaching testers within CIBG
• Tracking findings, prioritizing, and coordinating with suppliers
• Reporting on progress and quality and advising on the go/no-go decision
• Handing over test sets and test documentation to Functional Management
• HBO work and thinking level
• Familiarity with commonly used test methodologies, such as TMap and/or ISTQB
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a test manager or test coordinator, with independent responsibility for test plan, test strategy, test scripts, and reporting
• Experience with testing CRM or contact center platforms and integration chains, preferably Salesforce and/or Genesys, is a plus
• Experience with testing and coordinating complex IT projects within the Dutch Central Government is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Critical and independent judgment
• Results-oriented and skilled in planning and organizing
