Toulouse - Scrum Master – Design System

Project overview

As a Scrum Master, you will support the team responsible for the Design System on a daily basis, composed of designers and front-end developers. You will facilitate its operation in a product-wide agile context and contribute to maintaining effective collaboration between its different profiles.

You will lead the team's discussions, ensure the proper coordination of its activities, and manage communication with the product's other squads. You will thus promote alignment between teams and the smooth running of collective work. The position is offered part-time, according to a hybrid organization in Toulouse, with a presence on-site two to three days a week.

Profile Sought

Scrum Master experience: approximately 3 to 9 years.

Experience leading teams combining designers and developers.

Practice of scaled agile and coordination between several squads.

Very good communication skills.

Understanding of design environments; experience in a design team or Design System is an asset.

Mastery of facilitation practices and support for team collaboration.
