Exploration of the main tools and platforms available (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot).

Practical work: analysis and testing of interactions with different AI tools.

Writing and Optimizing Prompts (2 hours)

Structuring prompts to obtain relevant and actionable responses.

Identifying biases and adjusting formulations.

Practical work: creating and optimizing prompts for concrete cases.

Ethics, Best Practices, and Professional Uses (2 hours)

Compliance with state regulations and cloud doctrines.

Managing biases, limitations, and risks of generative AI.

Practical work: implementing a compliant and ethical usage framework.

Target Audience:

Agents, executives, and managers wishing to master the effective use of generative artificial intelligence tools.

Learner Prerequisites:

No specific prerequisites are necessary to attend this training.

Profile Sought:

Experienced trainer in the subject, with recent professional field experience and, ideally, initial training facilitation experience. Independent status (freelance, micro-enterprise, or payroll leasing).
