Transformation Manager (Pathway Lead)
Inside IR35: £500 - £525 p/d inside IR35
6 months initial contract, rolling extensions
Primarily remote, occassional travel to London
Lung cancer screening goes national by 2030. You'll be the bridge that makes the digital part work across England's 20 Cancer Alliances and the providers they rely on.
Responsibilities
What you'll bring
- Connect digital delivery with the wider cancer programme, so product teams, clinicians and policy leads pull in one direction
- Lead new policy writing for how the digital lung health check fits the screening Pathway
- Spot opportunities and risks early, and make large-scale change stick in a regulated setting
- Navigate the commercial landscape: Cancer Alliances deliver through networks of third-party providers, and you'll find the route to scale through them
- Make bold decisions and keep momentum as the service rolls out
- Deep expertise in digital transformation in complex, regulated settings
- A track record of large-scale change across multiple organisations
- Experience with complex commercial arrangements: providers, contracts, commissioning
- Strong policy, Pathway or operating model writing
- Credibility with clinicians, policy teams and digital teams alike
Nice to have
- Cancer, screening or NHS Pathway experience
- Knowledge of Cancer Alliances, ICBs or NHS commissioning
