Project overview

Context

As part of the evolution of its CRM ecosystem, a client in the IT sector is looking for a Transverse Salesforce Project Manager capable of leading IT projects end-to-end and coordinating various business and technical stakeholders.

The environment includes a multi-cloud Salesforce with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud, as well as data integration and flow topics via Azure Data Factory.

The role consists of ensuring the successful completion of projects, from scoping to production deployment, by ensuring deadlines, budgets, quality, and commitments are met.

Working Conditions

• Gather and analyze business needs.
• Define the scope, objectives, budgets, resources, and schedules.
• Lead projects end-to-end and monitor commitments.
• Identify risks, anticipate difficulties, and manage action plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and service providers.
• Lead the evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem: Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Field Service, and Marketing Cloud.
• Coordinate interactions between the different CRM solutions.
• Oversee data integration projects via Azure Data Factory.
• Ensure the consistency of data flows and interfaces with partner systems.
• Work in close collaboration with architects and technical teams.
• Define and coordinate testing strategies.
• Organize functional testing and end-to-end testing.
• Monitor anomalies and ensure their resolution.
• Prepare and coordinate production deployments.
• Lead the stabilization phase and handover to support teams.
• Lead project committees and steering committees.
• Ensure monitoring of budgets, deadlines, risks, and dependencies.
• Produce regular reports for stakeholders.
• Prepare arbitration and alert on any deviations.

• Data & Integration: Microsoft Azure Data Factory, API, data flows, ETL/ELT
• Project Management: Agile, V-cycle, hybrid methods
