Treatment Coordinator

Project overview

As an interim treatment coordinator, you bring diagnostics, treatment, and support together for (young) adults with psychiatric and auditory problems.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Coordinate the diagnostics and treatment process
• Draw up treatment plans together with the supervising clinician based on the indication setting
• Coach the support team in the execution of the treatment
• Support and treat clients with attention to their situation and environment
• Act as a co-therapist with your own caseload, if the role allows
• Monitor the progress of the care process
• Maintain contact with external care providers and participate in multidisciplinary consultations
• Evaluate treatment plans and take the lead where necessary
• University degree in psychology or educational sciences
• Several years of relevant work experience, preferably gained in clinical mental healthcare
• Basic qualification in diagnostics obtained
• LOGO statement present
• Skilled in independently drawing up, evaluating, and directing treatment plans
