• Deliver 1:1 or small group tuition in core subjects
• but through a flexible, creative and relationship-first lens

Hours: 10 hours per week locally plus opportunity for additional online work (typically during the school day)

Salary: £25-£30 per hour (DOE)

Start Date: ASAP

Who You Are

• A qualified teacher, experienced tutor, youth worker, or someone with a background in education, coaching or mentoring
• Passionate about helping young people who are out of mainstream education (e.g. SEMH, SEND, EOTAS, AP)
• Creative in your approach, tailoring sessions to each learner's interests and strengths
• Empathetic and emotionally intelligent
• able to build trust and spark confidence
• Not afraid to throw out the rulebook when it's not serving the learner
• Start: flexible
• Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire, GB
• Rate: 28-30 EUR/h
