• Must be a UK National
• Minimum 5 years continuous UK residency required
• Contract: Up to £420 per day
• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 6 months (TBC)
• Conduct user research to uncover stakeholder and user needs
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and working groups with business stakeholders
• Gather, analyse, and document business and user requirements
• Identify where AI and GenAI can meaningfully help solve business challenges
• Turn research findings into actionable insights and recommendations
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, including business analysts, designers, architects, data specialists, and delivery teams
• Produce high-quality research artefacts, reports, findings, and recommendations
• Support project initiation by helping define scope, objectives, and requirements
• Present research outputs and findings to senior stakeholders
• Proven experience working as a User Researcher
• Strong capability in gathering and documenting requirements
• Experience planning and facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary delivery teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Experience producing research outputs and presenting findings to senior stakeholders
