Project overview
User Research Agents
Telford or Worthing/Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite
Up to £400 per day inside ir35
Initial 4 month discovery contract - Likely to be extended into Alpha and build phase
Eligible for BPSS clearance
Experienced User Researcher required to support a major government digital transformation programme, leading Discovery research to shape the future of agent services.
Key skills required:
CESA and Self Assessment knowledge would be highly advantageous.
Initially a 4-month Discovery phase, with a strong likelihood of extension into Alpha and Build.

- End-to-end user research and research strategy
- User interviews, usability testing and workshop facilitation
- User needs analysis, journey mapping and concept validation
- Experience working in multidisciplinary Agile teams
- Strong stakeholder engagement and insight reporting
