• Plan and conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours and pain points.
• Use qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, usability testing and surveys.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights to inform service design and product development.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, developers and stakeholders to influence decisions.
• Map user journeys and identify opportunities to improve accessibility, usability and the overall digital experience.
• Present research findings and recommendations to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Proven experience in a User Researcher role within digital environments.
• Must have proven experience within the NHS
• Strong knowledge of user-centred design, research methodologies and usability testing.
• Experience conducting user interviews, analysing qualitative data and communicating insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and engage stakeholders effectively.
• Understanding of accessibility, inclusive design and digital service standards.
• Experience supporting complex digital services or transformation programmes is desirable.
