We are looking for a Senior / Expert Systems Administrator to ensure the operation, evolution, and security of an Information System, within a structured, demanding, and high-stakes environment.

Expected Qualities

• Administer the entire Information System, guaranteeing availability, performance, and stability
• Supervise systems and networks (alerts, load, critical incidents)
• Install, configure, maintain, and evolve servers and operating systems
• Ensure continuous updating of the IT environment (patch management, version upgrades, fixes)
• Expertly administer the Microsoft 365 tenant:
• Intervene on the Azure environment (VMs, resource groups, VNet, Entra ID)
• Ensure the consistency, security, and performance of hybrid On-Prem / Cloud environments
• Lead the security of the IS: alert management (CERT, Defender, EDR)
• Manage O365 / Vade email quarantine and security patches
• Identify risks, propose and implement corrective actions
• Apply and enforce security standards and best practices
• Handle Level 2 incidents and complex issues
• Perform root cause analyses and deploy sustainable solutions
• Actively participate in structuring technical projects
• Be proactive in proposing the evolution of architecture and tools
• Design, develop, and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and optimization of operations
• Maintain exhaustive, clear, and up-to-date documentation (architectures, procedures, configurations)
• Work within a strict ITIL framework and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes

• Networks: MPLS (23 sites), Cisco equipment
• Processes: ITIL

• Significant experience in large-scale environments (+1,000 users)
• Accustomed to structured, procedural, and demanding environments
• Comfortable with strict adherence to procedures, while also knowing how to take relevant initiatives
• Capable of working autonomously and responsibly
• Comfortable with documentation and formalization of practices
• Very high level of rigor and organizational skills
