General

For a maintenance shutdown (revision) at RWE's Eemshavencentrale, we are looking for an experienced Work & Material Planner / Preparer for the Rotating work package, including work on cooling water channels and cooling water cleaning equipment. In this role, you will translate Technical Assignments into executable work orders, including maintenance instructions, task lists, material reservations, lead times, costs, and required personnel capacity.

You will ensure that materials, spare parts, and purchasing actions are arranged in a timely manner and support the execution with good and complete preparation of the work.

Activities

Required:

• Drawing up and updating work orders and task lists
• Translating Technical Assignments into task lists and work permits.
• Contributing to the execution of Task Risk Analyses
• Drawing up work, material, capacity, and cost planning
• Calculating the required personnel capacity for partner companies
• Executing purchase requests for materials for your own work package
• Scheduling material reservations and monitoring delivery times
• Processing inspection findings in work orders, including budget and lead time
• Coordinating with the project leader, supervisors, purchasing, and the warehouse.
• Experience as a preparer, planner, or Work & Material Planner
• Experience in industry, energy, maintenance, or revision projects
• Knowledge of work preparation, materials, purchasing, and planning
• Preferably experience with SAP PM
• Technical insight, structured approach, and good coordination with different disciplines
