JOB DESCRIPTION

Due to the expansion of our capacity, we are looking for a flexible workplace manager. This involves regular workplace management tasks such as setting up workstations at (new) locations, user support, delivering IT resources, and second-line resolution of calls.

The new employee will be part of a national team that often works regionally. For this reason, candidates must have their own transportation (lease car from the employment agency).

Furthermore, the employee must be socially skilled, function well both in a team and independently, have experience and enjoyment in user support, and be able to carefully maintain the necessary administration in our database (Clientèle).

The employee will primarily be deployed at our ICT HUB and the ICT Sub-warehouse in Hoogeveen.

You will assist new employees by issuing laptops and iPhones, configuring them, and providing first-line support.

Asset Management - You will manage the hardware inventory, process returns from departing colleagues, and ensure correct registration.

Refurbishment & Imaging - You will convert taken-in equipment to the new work environment using standardized USB imaging procedures.

Given the locations where most of the work will take place, we are looking for candidates residing in the Hoogeveen region.

Car minimum Cat. B.

Additionally, the workplace manager may participate in the on-call duty schedule. On average, a workplace manager will be on call for 1 week every 8 weeks. Mon-Fri from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sat-Sun from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

• MBO 4 work/thinking level;
• Candidate must possess Own Transportation (lease car from the employment agency) + Driver's License;
• 36 hours per week
• Candidate must be deployable quickly (there is a short onboarding period).
