The position

The municipality is developing the Stevig Lokaal Team (SLT) into an integral access point for residents. During this development phase, temporary external support is desired to strengthen the professional quality within the Youth domain and to support the further development of the working method.

• Demonstrable experience within the municipal youth domain.
• Registered professional (e.g., SKJ and/or BIG).
• Extensive knowledge of the Youth Act and complex youth case law.
• Experience with coaching, quality development, and implementation of working methods.
• Strong advisory, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Contract for a fixed or indefinite period (depending on your preference) or on a ZZP basis;
• Salary in accordance with scale 11 of the collective labor agreement for municipalities with nice extras depending on knowledge and experience, ZZP hourly rate in consultation;
