- Construction and site supervision of electrical engineering trades (TGA/ELT) within the scope of service phase 8 according to HOAI
- Supervision and control of the professional execution of electrical installations in accordance with design documents, technical specifications, and applicable standards
- Coordination and alignment of interfaces between the involved trades, executing companies, and project participants
- Review and evaluation of execution documents as well as ensuring compliance with quality and deadline specifications
- Conducting site inspections, documenting construction progress, and accompanying acceptances and rectification of defects
- Verification of measurements, performance statements, and invoices from the executing companies

- Completed degree in electrical engineering, or an equivalent technical qualification
- Sound professional experience in technical building equipment (TGA), especially in electrical engineering (ELT)
- Demonstrable experience in the construction and site supervision of electrical engineering trades
- Practical experience in service phase 8 according to HOAI
- Experience in cross-trade interface coordination and cooperation with executing companies
- Knowledge of relevant technical regulations and standards (e.g., DIN, VDE)
