• Construction management of building construction works according to KG 300 and 400
• Coordination and control of all construction processes on the construction site
• Monitoring and implementation of the construction schedule
• Examination and evaluation of site conditions (e.g., logistics, access roads, site setup)
• Ongoing documentation of construction progress
• Management and maintenance of construction site diaries
• Recording, documentation, and follow-up of irregularities and defects
• Coordination and control of all subcontractors and trades
• Coordination of finishing and MEP trades
• Carrying out acceptances and accompanying until handover

• At least 6 years of experience in the construction management of residential construction projects or multi-family houses
• Experience with building classes 3 and 4
• Completed degree in Civil Engineering or training as a construction technician
• Sound knowledge of VOB and its practical application
• Confident use of digital construction documentation and construction software (Baumaster)
• Fluent German language skills
• Driving license class B
• Experience on the general contractor side
