Responsibilities

An internal departmental project has been started with the FMEA team (7 employees). The team is to implement the project independently so that their requirements are adequately considered. The goal of the project is to propose the right tool for AI-based FMEA processing. Due to the dynamics and the different perspectives on this topic, the team and I have decided that the project should be supported by an external project manager. This person should support the team, both in terms of FMEA and PM. The team will dedicate approximately 10% of their resources to the project (=> 3.5 hours/week/person).

In addition to project management, the PM should also be able to contribute on a technical level (FMEA) and serve as a sparring partner for the team or ask critical questions.
