Seeking a freelance Technical Planner for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) with a focus on Ventilation and Sanitary systems for a school project in Stuttgart. The role involves implementation planning, creating a renovation concept for drinking water supply, and developing technical specifications.
Responsibilities
+ Implementation planning for the sanitary and ventilation trades for a school project.
(Goal: Implementation planning with a functional service description)
+ Creation of a renovation concept for the drinking water supply.
(Goal: Basic determination, planning, service description)
+ Development of technical specifications and solution approaches.
+ If necessary, transfer sketches and notes into existing PDF documents.
+ -> No independent CAD construction or graphic plan creation required.
