2x MRP Supplier / MRP Controller

Responsibilities

Supplier management as well as disposition and deadline tracking of materials with external partners

Ensuring material availability including classic shortage management and troubleshooting bottlenecks

Processing of exception messages in SAP and proactive escalation management

Analysis and monitoring of stock levels for continuous optimization of the supply chain

Participation in supplier development and performance improvement

Key figure management as well as maintenance and optimization of master data in SAP

Close cooperation with purchasing, MRP Controller, production, and other departments

Creation, coordination, and optimization of production plans, considering capacities, material availability, and technical changes

Monitoring and continuous improvement of disposition, planning, and logistics processes, including deviation management

Analysis of demands, stocks, and coverage, and ensuring material supply for assemblies and finished goods

Control of material flows (Kanban, warehouse replenishment, material provision to external partners) as well as participation in inventory

Monitoring, reporting, and further development of relevant KPIs for managing supply chain performance

Close cross-departmental cooperation (MRP Supplier, Production, Sales Planning) to improve planning quality

Requirements

Profile / Requirements

Completed degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain / Logistics – alternatively, a commercial or technical apprenticeship with corresponding professional experience

Initial practical experience in logistics, material management, or supply chain management in an industrial company, ideally in the automotive industry

Confident use of common MS Office applications, especially Excel

Experience with SAP (especially modules MM and PP)

Native-level German language skills, both written and spoken

Good English language skills, both written and spoken
