IT Business Engineer Project Manager

Project overview

For our client, we are currently looking for an IT Business Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Requirements Engineering and functional requirements gathering
• User enablement including direct contact with users
• Accompanying rollouts on-site at logistics locations
• Supporting the helpdesk during implementation phases
• Coordination and alignment with business departments and technical teams
• Basic technical understanding for analyzing and clarifying issues
• The focus of the role is on operational support for upcoming rollouts.
• Acting as a technical link between employee master data, the involved product teams, and the project
• Configuration of app templates, coordination with Identity Management and network teams for the technical rollout
• Support with testing, quality assurance, and rollout preparation

• Link between business and technical implementation
• Knowledge in handling personal master data (data modeling, authorization concept, testing and quality assurance)
• Structured working, strong coordination skills
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management
• Project management skills
• Many years of experience in Requirements Engineering
• Many years of experience in testing and rollout of mobile apps and in user enablement
