Project overview

The project includes the laying of several pipe systems. In addition to pipeline construction, the scope of services includes numerous special structures, spooling areas, and jointing pits. Due to the high proportion of earthworks, special services, and billing-relevant individual items, support is needed for ongoing site documentation and billing preparation.
The challenge lies in measuring the construction site.
Responsibilities
- Recording and documenting billing-relevant services directly on the construction site
- Measurement and quantity determination in civil engineering and pipeline construction
- Recording of mass movements and individual services
- Preparation of auditable documents for interim and final invoices
- Support for construction and project management in service billing
- Coordination with surveying, construction management, and subcontractors
- Evaluation of recorded data
- Documentation of additional services and claims
Requirements
Framework

- Experience in the billing of civil engineering, infrastructure, or pipeline construction projects, experience in energy pipelines is an advantage
- Experience in measurement, quantity determination, and site documentation
- Confident use of digital measurement and billing systems
- Proficient use of Microsoft 365 and included apps (Office, Project, etc.)
- Experience with RIB iTWO desirable
- Independent way of working
- Language skills in German
