We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager for a subproject within an SAP transformation. The focus is on managing complex system integrations and coordinating functional, technical, and organizational project work.

• End-to-end project management of the subproject for connecting systems to the SAP and corporate SAP landscape
• Setting up, monitoring, and merging all functional, technical, and organizational work packages
• Cross-functional alignment of all business areas and companies within the group
• Stakeholder, risk, quality, dependency, and escalation management
• Governance-compliant preparation of decisions and steering committees
• Maintaining the subproject plan and contributing to the overall project plan in MS Project
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of central stakeholder, working, and committee meetings
• Experience in managing SAP S/4HANA projects with complex system and interface dependencies including data migration. Experience level in years: Senior (> 5 years experience)
• Demonstrable experience with SAP integrations for financial and procurement processes. Number of references: 2
• Classic project management including robust schedule, milestone, resource, and dependency planning as a project manager. Number of references: 2
• Experience with hybrid or agile methodologies and collaboration with agile teams, especially SAFe or Scrum. Number of references: 1
• Demonstrable expertise in SAP Asset Management. Number of references: 2
